Toth-Ror

Toth-Ror, the villianous minotaur.

A former soldier in the Dragon Army, Toth-Ror ranges across the Northern Reaches with a group of humanoids laying waste to settlements and villages. Castellan Belrain recently sent a great knight, Sir Galwaith, to slay Toth-Ror but hasn't been heard from since. Some say that Toth-Ror makes his lair in the Thornswild Forest north and west of Threshold.
