Vith is a member of the Illiscuna family. The Illiscunas are a family of Elves to the south, who all practice some form of the arcane arts. Many of his family act as herbalists, healers, entertaining magicians and so forth. Vith one day grew restless and decided to leave his family life of simple cantrips and prestidigitation. Vith set out for the frontier: The Northern Reaches in an effort to obtain fame, glory, and riches.

During his time in Threshold he has put his magic to good use; thwarting gangs of goblins and vicious rats to name a couple of his exploits. With every foray and adventure he undertakes, he can feel his knowledge of the arcane arts growing and hopes to one day head a tower of mages. If he survives long enough to retire that is.

In an unfortunate incident one night in Threshold, Vith was scarred horribly while being mugged (resulting in a permanent -2 to his charisma score) and his spell book stolen. Vith now has a vendetta against thieves or bandits of any kind. He is less inclined to treat even friendly thieves with respect or kindness.

Vith met his end in the vile sewers under Threshold. Vith, especially eager for treasure after a long dry-spell hastily attempted to open a silver chest… which turned out to be a mimic. Vith was subsequently pummeled to death, helpless to escape the mimic's grasp. Perhaps Vith's luck will finally change in the afterlife.
